Even though Property Index may be considered a pretty young concern, they were registered only in March of 2007, they have very swiftly established their expertise. They are actually a quite down-to-earth concern entirely focused on proposing expert advice to any individual who is looking to buy, sell, etc. real estate across the world. What they pledge to do is to help you discover bang-on what’s needed swiftly and, furthermore, without pain.
Property is being offered all over the world today, undoubtedly the coolest area being real property available in Spain. It should really be easy as pie to specify the terrific property available in Spain, the motive for investigating real estate here is a combination of the houses and apartments on the market and the phenomenal opportunity to live with this spirited and sprightly people.
It is one of the most popular regions of the world today, and with the lovely landscape and climate that surrounds you all year long, how could you say no. Property in Spain is very rich in history, culture and art, this region has always been home to lots of sophisticated civilizations.
Some 30 years back you’d find merely a trickle of English who are looking for property in Spain. Just ask about anyone who has emigrated to Spain and they’ll back it up. Many people would prefer to see it as a brief rage and others prefer to see it as a that’s more or less a fetish! People intent on removing to this region generally range from young yuppie couples in search of a life perspective to retired people looking to have a break.
Note, however, that you are liable to encounter some difficulties when purchasing property overseas - expectably there’ll be 100s of differentiated, complex, steps be it when brainstorming, calling in or finalising. If you miss out on one single procedure it can well provoke sizable difficulties not to forget, even more importantly, a failed investment.
Obviously, as can be presumed with this fashionable region, property might be pricey in this place and that is basically caused by the great buyer demand. In spite of this buyers are spoilt in a location determined by shining environment and terrific view. It patently has the whole ball of wax a buyer might long for, etc.
PropertyIndex.com make it easy to find property in Spain, whether you are looking for a villa or an apartment, they can help you find the right property.
I’m not sure Paul had the Japanese culture in mind at the time when he writes, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all other things will be added unto you.” I’m not sure how much popularity the bible has in Japan today either. Yet, it seems as though the Japanese people have at least one biblical principle figured out. In the book, “First Things First”, Steven Covey helps us understand how and why the Japanese people think how they do and accomplish so much more than American’s in a same twenty-four hour period. Covey explains, that we can divide all our daily tasks into two main areas of our lives. One area is the Important/Urgent-NOT Urgent area and the second consists of tasks in the NOT Important/NOT Urgent area.
In the last twenty years Corporate America has marveled at the efficiency and productivity of the Japanese worker. So we decided to study their behaviors. Over time researchers have come to this conclusion that boils down to one basic principle, the “80/20 rule” in life. They found that the Japanese spend eighty percent of all their time on tasks that are Important/Urgent to NOT urgent and twenty percent of their time on tasks that fall into the Not Important/Not Urgent at all area. In other words they determine what daily tasks are important by lining them up with their priorities. Then they will spend the majority of their time focusing on those tasks at hand and less time on less significant areas. Researchers have also studied the behaviors of Americans, and in contrast they have found the opposite thinking holds true. Americans spend eighty percent of their time in the Urgent/ NOT so important issues and twenty percent of their time in the important areas. In other words, we spend most of our time on urgent things that don’t necessarily line up with our priorities and take up a lot or most of our time and emotional energy.
In the bible this principle can be illustrated by looking at the relationship between Jesus and the disciples. Jesus spent some time with all of them teaching and leading them, and then their were only two or three that were in his inner circle that he spent most of his time with that went out and taught others more. The point is, Jesus would not have been as effective if he tried to talk with everybody all the time so he prioritized his time and efforts with his priorities. His priority was to teach the disciples so they could teach others. Yes, Jesus had questions for God on top of struggles all through out his life. Yet, he sought after the kingdom of God first and fought through the small bumps of life.
If we look at each one of our lives right now we may find that there are similarities between our spiritual lives and our day-to-day life. Ask yourself, are you spending most of your time in less significant areas and not in the areas that line up with your priorities? Or in in another way ask, are the things I am doing everyday filling me up spiritually and giving me meaning in life? If not then look at the 80/20 rule in your life. What priorities are you seeking first? Are they in the Important or are they the urgent?
The amazing thing that occurs when keeping first things first is this. If you first make a list of your tasks and categorize them either I for important or U for urgent. Then focus all your energy on the “I” list you will find that it will seem as though the Urgent tasks on your list will take care of them selves. The next thing you will realize is that you will have more time to devote to what matters most to you in your life and that will give your life more meaning and significance. Try this you will be amazed at the power our Lord.

Years ago, online dating had a reputation that was less than desirable. But today, that stigma is quickly passing. Thousands of single Christians are currently finding friends and establishing relationships through online dating. Major websites like Eharmony are running huge advertising campaigns with great success. Online dating is becoming more and more mainstream, and the Christian singles community is jumping on board with both feet.
So you’ve been thinking about it too? Great! But before putting your “feet to the fire”, here’s some tips that will help make your online dating experience a pleasant and fulfilling one.
Tip #1:
Your Secret Identity
Unfortunately, there are those who lurk in online dating sites (yes, even Christian ones) to prey upon unsuspecting victims. That’s why it’s so important to remain anonymous. Personal information, such as email addresses and phone numbers, should be kept under wraps until after you meet the person and feel you could trust them. Set up a free account through Juno, Hotmail or Yahoo specifically to communicate with online dating prospects. Never offer any info that could be traced online, such as last names, employers, addresses, etc. You’d be amazed at what someone can find out about you with a tiny piece of info. And if someone tries to pressure you into revealing something, RUN! Many cases of identity theft (as well as stalking) have been born through an online dating experience.
Tip #2:
The Father Knows Best
So you’re chatting with someone online and things seem to be going well. But there’s a creepy feeling in your gut that just won’t go away. Chances are it’s not the leftover Chinese food you had for dinner. It may be the Holy Spirit ringing a warning bell.
The Lord knows what’s best for us, and He wants us to obtain it. That’s why the Holy Spirit is here. To guide us into situations that are good and lead us away from situations that are bad. It’s the still small voice, your conscience, the gut feeling that either says, “Oh yeah, that’s great” or “Ick, I don’t want it”. And in the Christian online dating game, it’s your most important tool.
So in the first stages online dating, be skeptical. Don’t buy into a message, profile, or something you’ve been told (the old saying still holds water–if it’s too good to be true, it probably is!). The anonymity of the internet lets people be anything they want and often it’s a completely false persona. So take your time and get to know someone. Don’t rush things. Don’t get into intimate conversations. And most importantly, if you get that yucky feeling, don’t argue with it! Just quickly retreat from the situation and thank the Lord for His guidance.
Tip #3:
A Picture Says a Thousand Words
Looks may not be everything, but in the online dating game, a picture can save you a big headache down the line. If there’s not a photo on the website already, always ask for one before setting up a meeting. It confirms what the profile tells you and gives you an idea of what they look like (important to some, not so much to others). If the person balks at this for any reason, don’t get involved any further. They’re obviously trying to keep something hidden from you, possibly a spouse. How would you feel if you showed a picture of your new beau to someone and they said, “Oh, that’s so-and-so’s husband.” Talk about embarrassing! Caution is key here. Use it in abundance and again, listen for the voice of the Lord.
In part 2 of this series, we’ll look at the dos and don’ts of meeting face-to-face.

Oceans… There’s water in ‘em!
It may seem a bit absurd but the ocean can
easily be compared to a world full of people.
They’re constantly moving yet it seems like
they aren’t moving very far at all!
If you move to different parts of the ocean
you’ll find that some parts are warm and
friendly. These parts encourage you to visit
and stay awhile.
You know some people that are that way.
Other parts of the ocean seem cold and
unfriendly. They encourage you to move
on.
You know people that are that way too.
Gravity
There is a force that drags water back into
the ocean called gravity.
There is an enemy of God and His children
who is called Satan (no smiley face). He
works to drag people away from Jesus (the
Rock). As we’re told in John 10:10 that he
comes to steal, kill, and destroy.
Satan comes to deceive you into sinning.
Each sin brings a curse. Curses are open
doors for they enemy to attack people and
keep them miserable.
Jesus changed all of this when He became
the last sacrifice (1Corinthians 15.45). His
death on the cross breaks the curses brought
on by the law for all who believe in Him.
There is freedom from the law, freedom
from curses, and freedom from Satan.
Jesus came to give us that freedom.
The Beach
There are the beaches where the water comes
to the land. If the ocean really is various
people then the land would be Christ Jesus.
Jesus provides a place to land and stay. He
is powerful and has overcome Satan. When
people go to the Rock they find security,
peace, and joy.
The Sky
Jesus is the one that lifts us up into flight
with Him. We can then fly with Him forever…

L. Ron Hubbard, Jr. Blows the Whistle
When L. Ron Hubbard actually died there was a different air of open investigation that American media was involved with. The Church of Scientology had not adequately proven they had the goods on other religions and nations using mind control against their flock and so they had not been granted tax free status. Germany and France are still engaged in trying to tell the truth about them. Time Magazine did a lot of good work around this time and they were backed by the likes of the FBI but now anyone in the media who tells any truth about Scientology will have a lot of legal expenses and they are also blackballed by the members of this church just like the Baptists have done to Disney and Catholics or others do all the time. I have chosen a little of a Penthouse Magazine article for your consideration.
In the Penthouse interview with L. Ron Hubbard Jr. we have the following starting with them asking about the supposed research done to make the book Dianetics which I had recommended to my younger brother before he got involved with them:
“Penthouse: ‘Did he write the book off the top of his head? Did he do any research?’
Hubbard: ‘No research at all. When he has answered that question over the years, his answer has changed according to which biography he was writing. Sometimes he used to write a new biography every week. He usually said that he had put thirty years of research into the book. But no, he did not. What he did, really, was take bits and pieces from other people and put them together in a blender and stir them all up - and out came Dianetics! All the examples in the book - some 200 “real-life experiences” - were just the result of his obsessions with abortions and unconscious states…
In fact, the vast majority of those incidents were invented off the top of his head. The rest stem from his own secret life, which was deeply involved in the occult and black-magic. That involvement goes back to when he was sixteen, living in Washington. D.C. He got hold of the book by Aleister Crowley called ‘The Book of Law’. He was very interested in several things that were the creation of what some people call the Moon Child. It was basically an attempt to create an immaculate conception - except by Satan rather than by God. Another important idea was the creation of what they call embryo implants - of getting a satanic or demonic spirit to inhabit the body of a fetus. This would come about as a result of black-magic rituals, which included the use of hypnosis, drugs, and other dangerous and destructive practices. One of the important things was to destroy the evidence if you failed at this immaculate conception. That’s how my father became obsessed with abortions. I have a memory of this that goes back to when I was six years old. It is certainly a problem for my father and for Scientology that I remember this. It was around 1939, 1940, that I watched my father doing something to my mother. She was lying on the bed and he was sitting on her, facing her feet. He had a coat hanger in his hand. There was blood allover the place. I remember my father shouting at me. “Go back to bed!” A little while later a doctor came and took her off to the hospital. She didn’t talk about it for quite a number of years. Neither did my father.’”
Talk about early life trauma and issues of a psychological nature! L. Ron Jr. is not going into a lot of detail here and he is speaking to people who couldn’t relate to the practices involved. So when he speaks of Satan he is using something that the reader might relate to. The real spirit involved is called Babalon and is the feminine aspect of God that goes by many names back to Isis.
The truth of the matter is that such spiritual force is not understood by anyone who engages in such practices and probably no one at all, who is alive on this earth. Representational deities to describe natural forces have been the object of great hallucinatory wizardry throughout the ages. The evocation of spirits is part of many, and indeed all religions. I have personally engaged in exorcisms with no need of such imagery and purely with awareness of physiological psychic points that tie in with acupuncture. The Catholic highly trained exorcists are even worse at the matter of projecting evil imagery of a hallucinatory nature. This practice has much to do with what Crowley says ties him in with Levi and is related to willing partners allowing another soul to take over their body. I do have more to tie this in with Masons and Rosicrucians of a personal nature as well. They also say ‘immaculate conception’ but it is through the practitioner or ‘working partner’ that the spirit acts. The Wiccans call this ‘Drawing Down the Moon’ and I can assure you that some of these sorcerers are simply using this practice for purely personal sexual power needs. I have gone into a painful event in my life relating to a love of mine who was so used by a supposed friend engaging in the use of this ritual.

Islam is not the problem
Many people on religious paths are lousy advertisements for God. I’m sure that if there were some divine psychometric or behavioural screening mechanism in place, many wouldn’t be permitted to be card-carrying representatives of their particular faith. A cautionary adage urges: “Don’t judge the path by the people on it.” In the case of Islam, it’s particularly important to avoid doing so. The fact that there are, I understand, more than a billion Muslims around the world, means the chances of bad press for Islam, are pretty good. Example: The deeply ignorant evangelist, Franklin Graham, writing that Islam “is a very evil and wicked religion.”
Huge damage has been done and much suffering caused over the centuries in the name of both protestant and Roman Catholic Christianity. Just as it is presently being done, with biblical justification, in the name of ‘preserving Judaism,’ in the occupied territories of the former Palestine. Please don’t even waste your breath on an ‘anti-Semitic’ side-swipe. I have Jewish ancestry. Also, this is not an attack on any group or path, but rather some observations on the self-proclaimed practitioners of all paths. I believe that perpetuating injustice in the name of religious ideology is truly wicked.
Indigenous peoples around the world have suffered grave disrespect at the hands of social and religious missionaries, bringing ‘higher’ teachings or values to them. In the process, traditions and cultural activities which closely bonded people, or communities, have been destroyed. Conveniently tailored Christianity was used by the fathers of Apartheid as (yet again) biblical justification for the appalling treatment of black South Africans. Apartheid was, in retrospect, a huge success. The destruction of the extended family system by migratory work patterns, and the now rampant materialism of the new economically empowered black middle class, have put a final nail in the coffin of black South African cultural heritage.
But back to Islam. The tenets of the religion have as much merit as any of the other dualistic religions with a ‘book.’ Practiced with sincerity and purity of mind, there is no doubt that it can lead to the highest levels of what might be referred to, as God-realisation. The problem is that the crusader-like behaviour of the Western world has succeeded in dangerously politicising the name, if not the spirit, of Islam. Many of its adherents are now bonded together by the notion of, “The enemy of my enemy, is my friend.” As a simple example, a couple of hundred, or even thousands, of hand-waving Iraqis, do not a ‘conversion’ to Americanism make. They’ve survived for more than a third of a century by adapting to the volatile whims and fancies of Saddam Hussein. They’ll do likewise with any other occupying force, however temporary.
Religion is the mechanistic framework of an ideology. Spirituality is its practice. If one clings to the former and isn’t a practitioner of the latter, then any religion is little different from a political movement. It can quite legitimately become a survival mechanism for people under duress. To quote the oft-distorted Marxist idiom, “Religion is the opiate of the masses.” Not, as one Robben Island tour guide says, the “opium” of the masses. Although, in Afghanistan, that’s a distinct possibility.
I believe that the biggest threat today is the lack of mental purity and ethics on the part of many Islamic clerics and their peers in other religions. I was left aghast at some of the video footage from Friday night prayers in Baghdad, Basra and other centres in Iraq, following the American invasion. The hate-speak, from supposedly spiritual leaders, inside ‘houses of God’ was literally breath-taking. But Christian and Jewish religious leaders have done precisely the same thing over the centuries.
What we need to understand is this: The passive resistance campaigns of Gandhi were based on ‘ahimsa,’ the principle of non-injury. The work of Martin Luther King Jr. was based on similar principles of non-violence. It’s vital for both teachers and followers of Islam around the world, to remind themselves of the true meaning of their religion, which is “Peace.”
Nothing of consequence is going to be accomplished by being sucked into using religion as a cloak for politics, power mongering, or even the murder of ‘unpopular’ clerics, as happened recently in Iraq. Islam deserves better.
It’s becoming a tragic stereotype in the West, that the most recognised words from the Islamic vocabulary are Sharia (Law) and Jihad (’Holy’ War). As a student and lover of all religions, I’d like to see that change, before it’s too late. Only spirituality, as opposed to religiosity, can facilitate this. We all need to remember that anger and hatred are venoms that poison the lives of both dispenser and recipient.

Read Mark 6:30-44
Five loaves and two fish to feed five thousand people? The odds couldn’t be much more impossible than that. But for Jesus - no problem! He simply thanked God and performed a miracle.
When we have impossible situations arise in our lives, we should remember this. We may not see a solution or a way out. Perhaps our needs are great, and we feel helpless and hopeless. We can’t even picture things changing. We may feel like there’s no use praying about it.
But Jesus has no limits. Our needs are no challenge to him. Nothing is impossible for him.
We can bring every problem to him with complete assurance. He not only has compassion and cares about these needs, but he has the power to do something about them.

GOD’S SCHOOL OF FAITH
There is no way of learning faith except by trial
Stedfastly trusting Jesus as you walk that lonely mile
Faith is the substance of things hoped and prayed for
Holding on to Jesus while the storms around you roar
Trials that come your way put your faith to the test
Causes you to tremble and robs you of your zest
In your weakened state you call upon his name
The one named Jesus who heals the sick and lame
You may be in God’s school of faith this very day
Weeping as others are singing, even too weak to pray
Your situation and circumstances seem too much to bear
Surrounded by difficulties as you eat your meager fare
Hebrews 11 tells of graduates from God’s faith school
They trusted God even though they were called a fool
They realized that they were strangers in this land
God had their names engraved in his loving hand
The lessons learned in God’s school of faith are priceless
He gives you grace to endure your trials and heavy stress
One day you will see clearly the results of your faith test
When he speaks the word and says enter into your rest
